Britney Spears, can keep her babies! At least for now!

The stiff demands placed on Britney Spears during the custody battle with Kevin Federline on September 17, 007, is small potatoes compared to losing her children. The allegations placed against her by her ex-husband sounded a bit eccentric as bitterness can get the better of anyone, however, they apparently were taken seriously by the courts, but luckily for Britney, it was a courtroom with compassion.

The court documents were printed on Celebrity News Site TMZ.com, that were the results from the hearing over their two boys Sean Preston aged 2, and Jayden James, aged 1.

Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon reportedly stated. "Based on the evidence presented, the court finds that there is habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by the petitioner," namely Britney. Gordon ordered both parents to complete a "parenting without conflict" program, and advised them both to refrain from making derogatory remarks about the other in front of the children.

A recap to why this happened?

Reportedly, since Britney had come out of rehab back in March, her attitude and actions became quite publicly questionable. Her sudden and unexplainitory shaving of her head, her wearisome patience towards paparazzi was blown out of control when she lashed back at them, her public displays of lingerie at the beach while photographers snapped away. People complaining about her lip-syncing in nightclubs in LA. Which is her business, maybe she wasn't feeling well. And the poor misguided fashion/image choice at the MTV Awards Ceremony. Preparing for this hearing must have weighed heavy in her heart, and that explains a lot!

The final judgment!

She was ordered to undergo random tests for alcohol and drugs twice per week, and she has to comply with counseling sessions a week in aiding her with parenting issues and she must cooperate with a parenting coach for two eight hours sessions a week.

Not too much to ask, for the sake of the children.

Let's just hope she sticks to her guns, and the maturity stage helps her and her kids. And maybe it would be helpful if people told her the truth, instead of what they think would please her!

A. She wouldnt have performed that act on the MTV awards, if someone had the guts to tell her.

B. If someone in her life, that she trusted, told her to grow up and stop acting like a child. You're not a 16 year old over night success anymore sweetie.. get over yourself! A good kick in the butt just be what she needs to wake up, before everyone is gone.. Including her babies! One day she'll thank you!

Thats a wrap!
